Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Prices include the cost of delivery within the UK, where we aim to deliver your cutlery within 7 working days of confirmation of order.

We also accept orders from customers in other European countries, where we aim to deliver within 10 working days of confirmation of order. In this instance, the appropriate delivery charges will be applied during the order process, when weight of product and country of destination are known.

If we are temporarily out of stock of any item, we will give you an estimated delivery period and you will have the opportunity of waiting for the delivery, cancelling the order, or replacing it with another item if desired. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed to you by email.

To ensure safe delivery to you, a signature will normally be required to accept the goods. Many of our customers are busy working people, and we provide the option of an alternative delivery address if, for example, you require your cutlery to be delivered to your place of work. You can also use this facility when purchasing an item as a gift.

Delivery is usually by courier service, Monday-Friday, but we are unable to specify a time. As you go through the checkout process, you will be presented with the option of inputting any special delivery instructions, such as leaving the parcel in a safe place, or with a neighbour if you are out.

Returns

We are sure that you will be delighted with your cutlery set. However, if you are not fully satisfied please return the goods to us within 14 working days and you will be reimbursed upon safe receipt by us. For full reimbursement, we ask you to return the cutlery in the presentation box provided, unused, without damage and in its original condition.

If you do wish to make a return, please initially email us at service@cutlerybox.com Unless the item is faulty it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are received by us in their original condition and packaging. In the unlikely event of defective goods we will arrange collection from you and pay for the cost of return.

Our refunds policy does not affect your normal statutory rights.
