Sample Service

The majority of our customers are happy to buy their cutlery by looking at the product photographs and checking out the detailed descriptions against each style.

For those that like to take a “hands on” approach, we provide a Sample Service. This gives you the opportunity to see and feel the cutlery, so that you can make sure that it’s the right choice for you.

The way it works is that you select the Sample Service option against the appropriate style of cutlery and for a minimal charge, we will send you a sample set of Table Knife, Table Fork and Dessert Spoon.

The cost of the service is fully refundable. Providing that you return the cutlery to us within 14 days, we will credit your card account on receipt. To make it easy for you, we provide you with a stamped, addressed envelope for return. When you are happy with the style that you have selected, you can then place your cutlery set order in the normal way from our internet site. We keep a stock of items used specifically for samples and you receive brand new cutlery when you place your cutlery set order.
